Glenn Torrey author of "Henri Mathias Berthelot: Soldier of France, Defender of Romania"
Prof. Glenn Torrey is author of an excellent biography of General Berthelot. He was sent on a Mission to Romania in 1916 to help rebuild the army in time for a 1917 Spring and Summer campaign against German, Austrian and Hungarian armies on the Eastern Front.
